How long should I allow for the entire ALONE experience?
We suggest allowing 2 hours from the time you arrive. This includes checking in, securing your spot in line, waiting for entry, the half hour experience, and some recovery time.

Entry is first come, first serve for your ticketed time, so the sooner you arrive and check in, the sooner you will be admitted into the experience. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your ticketed time. If you arrive much later, your spot in line may be forfeited.

Is there public transportation near the venue?
Yes. The nearest metro stop is the Grand Station on the Blue Line. From there it's a 10-15 minute walk, or you can hop on the Dash heading East. Exit at Oak Street which puts you right in front of the venue.

Will there be parking?
Yes, there is a parking lot with a limited number of spots. Look for the ALONE logo. Parking is first come, first serve. If there are no more spots, there is plenty of street parking in the area, but park at your own risk.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. However we cannot guarantee availability by the time you arrive. The box office will be open one hour prior to the first show time of that night.

Will there be a stand-by line if the date/time I want is sold out?
Yes. If the time you want is sold out, you can come down to the venue and wait in the stand-by line. Stand-by is first come first serve, and ticket availability is NOT guaranteed.

What should I wear?
Sorry, no costumes or masks are allowed inside ALONE. No flip flops, high heels or open toed shoes/sandals. Please wear clothes that can get dirty, because you will get dirty. ALONE will not be responsible for your cleaning bills.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a Release of Liability acknowledging that you are at least 18 years old, and are willing to participate in an event of extreme nature.

What do I need to bring?
You MUST bring valid photo identification. Other than that it's best to bring nothing, or as little as possible. You will be asked to leave your personal belongings at the front desk.
